The TTapping at work is so handy. You can print out some things from the TT site if you need a reference. Those articles are handy. I have hoe downs on my cubicle wall. And if you have sit down ttapp you can do a lot with that in your desk chair. Don't know if you have the privacy though.

Actually, I have the whole floor to myself on mids - I didn't work out that night but I could have.

I just can't do much because if the phone rings I need to be able to answer and not be out of breath.
