This next month I want to concentrate more on the eating part of my lifestyle. Any input of money saving grocery ideas are very welcomed. I want to fuel/feed myself well and I believe in many of the Naturally Thin principles, and some GM/MM ones too. I am a blood type O. A great recipe, buy some fresh salsa, and a can of beans (any kind, I like Kidney or garbonzo) and a bag of frozen corn. Drain and rinse the beans, let the corn defrost(don't cook), mix all together and you can add some lemon juice and some salt and pepper to taste. A great snack or a quick meal.
