I just went back to read what you said about the box and OIP. My outer thigh muscles KILL during the whole MORE wo. Do you think your legs are further apart than hip width? It sounds like you are doing KLT and hip width is just fine because I don't hear you saying your knees hurt. What part of the box don't you get? I feel like I get all out of form when I bend over to grab my belly. There is a lot of it so it feels like my shoulders are rotated forward so I have to reset them. (Not to mention reset my whole KLT) Are you a short torso or combo? I can't bend over to the side much without losing my tuck. I don't know if this helps at all, but just some things to think about?
