the flannel is very cool..and believe it or not..i went about a 2 months columns addicted..only because that was the ONLY thing i could draw in my art class ^_^ haha but it did look like you spent lots of time on the column! very nice!!
about the mean comments.....hMmM i might have to read other's comments as well and snoop around........haha i haven't seen anything mean yet...but if i do..i will kick butt!!! ..hope to see more of your stuff!
yes, I totally agree with you about the memories. I always want to click on a link that sounds like it might be helpful but either it's broken or none of the pictures work.
Column shirt=LOVE I have been going through a column fetish lately too! Along w/ tree bark. I love the way tree bark looks!
Yeah, I just got ganged up on for my post. It had absolutely nothing to do w/ the post that was 'exactly the same' either......:( Just made me sad, not so much angry....:/
Nice surgeries! I like the first one, though pictures are too small, it's difficult to see all the details. Was resizing of men's shirt hard? I'm going to make something like that myself with my dad's shirt
( ... )
first, I love your icon. and your name. my Piggles would be proud :)
secondly, i agree with you. I mean, I'm guilty of just skimming all the time, so I easily miss drama. But this always seemed like a really nice community to me. The only incident I can think of recently was that girl with the panties, and really, the commenters all had valid points.
I will say that I'm slightly offended by the rude language in this post, because its excessive and out of place. I feel the message would have gotten across just fine without it.
Yeah, that incident was valid but she eventually took it down and people were still after her. It really just takes one person to tell her, unless she doesn't listen, but I think she did.
Not to kick a dead horse but: even when she did take it down, she still continued to mention it in another post (I think two, actually) which of course caused an uproar. Now I don't agree with 'ganging up'- she was a little immature about it so it caused people to get annoyed, or something.
I took in the top part of the shirt so that it fit me snuggly and then I kept the skirt part it's original size: BIG. Then I used my sewing machine and a straight stitch to make a line around the top part of the skirt. then I pulled it tight and made little, even pleats. I made sure that it was the same size as the top part of the shirt and I sewed them together. To prevent it from fraying, I used a zigzag stitch on the edges.
