Anyway, GUYS. Last week I went to San Fransisco with a group of my friends and I was looking for this lotus tea* thing that I found was way too exspensive, so I bought overpriced thai black tea instead. (Yea, idk either.)  But I've finally made authentic Thai Iced

You can cook Thai tea in San Fransisco. But Thai black tea is not actually the same Thai tea you can get on the Thailand streets or restaurants. To make authentic Thai Iced Tea (Cha Yen) you can use a set from www.thaiteaset.com for eg. It includes real Thai tea powder with star-anis etc to cook the real Cha Yen! ;)
