Tanyaaaaaa~! I totally take back everything bad I ever said about the sequels to The Squire's Tale, they're awesome! Especially The Ballad of Sir Dinadan. Sir Dinadan is pals with a snarky lady, and everyone thinks they're in love, and he's all, "uh... I don't think so?" but he feels bad so he asks her to marry him and she's all, "no, I like you a lot, but dear god no," and he's all "THANK GOD" and has all kinds of bromantical UST with a Moorish knight named Sir Palomides! (SO MUCH BROMANTICAL UST. Dinadan falls into a river and Palomides throws the bad guy out a window because he is ~upset~ and they have, like, late-night poetry reading sessions, it is amazing READ THIS BOOK!)
LOL. I will have to get on that! Good thing I am going to the library todaaaaay~
OH OH OH. I still haven't finished the one about the lady and the dwarf, it is still in the queue of books I Need To Read. I am made of procrastinating BOOK FAIL.
haha, I get the procrastination but these are total literary candy, promise. I got the whole series out and am on a rampage now. =)
(should be doing many other things, chiefly writing personal statements, practicing or packing. instead am stalking tennis scores and reading children's fiction. I AM A DISASTER.)
I HAVE THE BOOKS NOW. I don't know why I checked them ALL out when I probably won't have enough time to read them every single one, but I am just greedy like that.
(pfft. Who needs personal statements when you have TENNIS and KNIGHTS and EPIC GAY BROMANCE in both!)
lol! It was actually hilarious and nothing to be sorry for. I'm afraid a teasing tone doesn't come out so well through text without the proper emotes. xD
Yeah. I don't mind copying/tracing for learning, but sometimes... Some class would be nice, lol.
Ooh! See, I didn't know that "dark" could also refer to black because I thought that if hair was black, people should just say that it's, well, black. /oh gawd, purple.
also the question about dark hair is a very good question! I wonder if someone who has black hair is considered a brunette or if there is some other category of hair i'm unaware of.
Hee! The fic is awesome. And I've always thought that anything described with dark hair is a dark shade of brown, but if hair is black, then it should be called black. pffft. But if someone was described as a brunette, I think it's brown hair. But it begs the question: what do we call people with black hair? Blackette? :/
lmao, blackette sounds like a really bad name for a pony, lol!!! I've read about ppl who have black hair called brunette but that feels so wrong! Also they should make hair products for ppl with BLACK HAIR not only brown, red and blonds (also how about bloncks? lol!!!)
