I realized today that when I get back from the trip-with-the-family (that I'm leaving for on Friday), it will be almost August and I still have no job.

(And to to top things off, I dropped a can on my foot yesterday. It currently is hurting, not to mention turning interesting colors.)

I'm back!  With my very own Internet connection and everything.  Granted, it's a piss-poor, slow-as-molasses-in-January dial-up, but it's infinitely better than nothing.  Sadly enough, I had a dream about getting faster internet last night, but a few nights before that I dreamt that I was Harry Potter, so it probably doesn't mean anything.

I was all set to get the Internet set up today.  My dad and I went and got a router and network cards for the computer, a guy was coming to install radio internet... it would have been fantastic.  However, he couldn't get line of sight with the stupid tower!!  Which means, no internet.

I sad now.

And in other news, I spent a total of nine hours over the last two days staining doors...yay...

Still not dead, still have no internet, still job hunting (finally getting serious though). Sums up my life for the past few weeks.

When I get my own connection, I'll make a longer post, complete with bitching about my uncle's fiancee's obnoxious pests.  Oh, excuse me, children.  Whatever.
