Yes, I am. I was born in 1891...so if the man who says it's 2006 is correct, I'd be a hundred and fifteen years old.

It sure doesn't seem to like the idea of making things easier for its citizens.

I don't think this city follows the same flow of time as our respective worlds do. I have noticed people arriving from the same or similar worlds at the same time but one from a time farther than the other.
