Went to SA. Ran Comrades Marathon. First 1/3 - grizzling miserably, wanting to be home in bed and not looking for a loo in Durban in the dark at 5:45 am. 2nd 1/3 - emerge from 2nd pit stop to find the 10:58 pace group or "bus". Woke this morning from a dream of a Continental redbrick nineteenth century railway station, Prague or Bidapest perhaps. I was dashing around trying to find the train to Eindhoven. Used the snow shovel this weekend - out with all the neighbours clearing out our bit of the close & digging out our cars. We got it 20ish years ago living in the West Midlands and it's the first time we've used it. Very good too.
