Awesome.

I'm going to keep poking and prodding you to see "The Bunker" and "Foyle's War"... because no ALP experience is complete without those two roles. Oh yes, I'm also assuming that you still haven't seen "Band of Brothers: The Last Patrol" yet?

It'll beat the others by far, but I'm mostly biased because I love that series in general and my favourite character got to shine.

Keep on poking and prodding, please! The Bunker is next on my Wish List for Amazon. I've watched the first 20min on YouTube but want to watch in on my TV for the full experience. I should be able to order it by this Friday. I'm sure I've asked this before; my memory is off recently, Foyle's War is on YouTube? And no, still haven't been able to get Band of Brothers from the library. I'm on the waiting list though.

No... Foyle's war is on dvd. I checked out mine from the library. You keep thinking of Doctor Finlay (with the young and completely adorable Jason Flemyng)...that is on YouTube (and well worth the look too!)

Awesome about being on the wait list though! How many people are ahead of you? I hope your copies are in better condition than Mike's. We're watching the series together and if you want someone to watch it with you online, just let me know.

I love that series. Much love for SSgt Johnny Martin. *huggles icon*

Okay I think I've finally gotten my brain around it. Sorry! I need to start writing things down. I will definitely start watching Doctor Finlay. I've not gotten to see JF in much and I trust you to point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Last time I checked there was 2 people ahead of me. It all depends on how long they have it out for. I think they get 2 weeks with a possible 3rd.

heehee icon love is a good thing :)

heehee! I told you New Years Day was worth watching, glad you finally got your hands on it. I think I cried the first time I watched it as well. It's a real showcase for the range of Andrew's acting abilities, with the humour and the angst and the drama and everything.

You've made *me* want to go home and watch it again as well, now!

aww Yeah. You were so right! I'm happy in a way that I just watched it recently. I feel like I can appreciate it more now after watching him act in so many other things. It did have everything in it, and he did it all brilliantly. I felt Bobby Barry's role as Steven really complemented Andrew's. And the ending? OMG, it really was icing on the cake. I could almost tear-up just thinking about it.

heehee, It's just 'one of those' movies you keep coming back to :)
