Hello everybody!

I wrote a little story for the tw_flashfic 'alternate lives' challenge called It Didn't Start Like This. Due to popular demand, and tanarian threatening me with a big stick, I wrote some more.

So here is part two...

Should be eaiser shouldn't it, when half the story is written for you, but adding my bits to the episode was really hard. Ianto is very clever and of course the Doctor approves!

Chapter three is about half written, should be a couple of days, barring distaster.

I don't know where you stick is. *runs away with stick and hides it*

Ianto and the Doctor is indeed beautiful. I wrote a story with Ianto and Ten in it, and while I was writting it I had the thought that Ianto would probably get on better with nine, although I'm not sure why.

Part three is about halfway there...

I like this a lot. The interweaving is clever and subtle - works perfectly. It's so much fun to have flirty!Jack back. yay!

It's weird writing this Jack and Ianto because all the defining moments haven't happened to them. Jack hasn't been left on the gamesation (yet), Ianto hasn't been through Canary Wharf. It's almost like writing different people.
