Here's a game for you. There will be a few piles of M&M's. You pick a pile and take at least one M&M from it. Then it's the next person's turn. The person who takes the last M&M wins. We'll start with two piles.

I'll take two M&Ms from the big pile. Brown ones.

I'll take twelve from the big pile, leaving only a green one in one pile and a blue one in the other.

I'll take 14 from the one pile.

I'll take the green one remaining in that pile, and leave only the other one blue M&M pile.

That was my play. Is this an easy puzzle or what? Seems like there could be harder ones based on it, though i think they'd all be forced.
