beleive if Seoul major already decided and approved Design city project development, that in 3-4 years we will have a chance to visit and overview it already erected in steel&glass. Korean can deliver in a short time surprisingly great results - I've personally learned it during Hyundai green filed pland construction, in a middle of the wild swamp near of St-Petersburg in Kamenka village area in 3 years huge and best world wide USD 1 Bill high tech plant constructed by HMMR
