I've noticed that 99% of those campaigning against abortion are male. Personally I am not sure why they have so much say - it's nothing to do with them, aside from the seed...

I've noticed that too. I think a lot of them just don't have enough empathetic ability to imagine themselves in a woman's shoes. Also, I suppose it helps that a lot of them seem to subscribe to the old testament idea that women are just walking vessels for men's progeny.
