I just caught Dante licking Mambo, with no intention of attacking him. then, even after Mambo tried to eat his paw, Dante stayed put and attempted to be friendly. He's even smiling!
I'm glad Dante is getting used to Mambo. Sometimes, kitty personalities just hit it off. Tinkerbell, for example, seems to really like Mozart. I've caught the old man actually licking Mozart before.
He never warmed up to Noodles, though. I'll take what I can get. Of course, Noodles and Mozart are best buds, but that's because even though Mozart's about six months older than Noodles, they grew up together. :) They're so sweet!
