Given some proper characterisation, I could actually see a pureblood like Ginny asking a Muggle-born friend about that rock metal thing. This fic doesn't give proper characterisation.

I lol'ed at the response to this, because it was just begging to be taken as a description of the fic (or of badfic in general) in some way.

I love it when a fic delivers a complete sitter like that. Like when the judge in HTE was called Ebony.

Wow when I first got up on the stage and started rapping, everyone was like what the hell he can rap.

Becasue I can totally hear Neville saying/thinking this.

Neville's little snippet of think was pretty much the high point of this fic for me. I don't think anything can really top that.

Oh boy. I saw the name Gin and I wondered how Ichimaru Gin ended up in this fanfic. That would make it far more interesting.

I don't read or watch Bleach, but I've picked up enough of it through fandom osmosis to know that this is true.
