I still can't believe that previous post. Nor the one it was in reply to, gushing about what a strong character HE!Hermione is compared to other versions of her in fanfic. I don't even want to think what they were like.

What's that? A parody rewrite?

I would love the next chapter to be "How Jamie found out she really HAD failed her O.W.L.S. and is now being held back a year. So now she has to study like a real student."

Not to defend Neil or anything, but...I write like that in my journal ._.
And I mean a pen-and-paper one, not my LJ. I actually have some quirks about writing numerals -- I just can't do it! And I looooove semicolons.

Considering she's a Sue-hybrid of Harry and Hermione, making her actually good at Divination would have been a way of making her even better than either. Of course, that would require imagination.
Like I said before: Neil was just plain schizophrenic in terms of portraying Jamie. One second, she's better than Hermione and Harry and easily the best witch who ever witched. The next, she's worse than Hermione and Harry despite being a combination of the two.

And one second she's a prude and the next she's a nymphomaniac, as Keith pointed out.

I remember HG 131 comparing textilism(which is what I guess not-nudism is) to racism, once. Many lols were had.
Reminds me of this time a Latino rights activist compared the city of Farmer's Branch fining businesses that hire illegal immigrants to "Mississippi, Georgia, and Alabama back in 1965, but there's only one difference: we're brown."
I then went outside, explored the area, and determined he was full of shit when I noticed a distinct lack of Latinos hanging from street corner trees or Latino parades being broken up with riot police, German Shepherds, and high-powered, flesh-rending firehoses.
And, like before, many lols were had.

If so, he got it directly from the source. Assuming he's not the source himself. Hogwarts Exposed itself makes the same comparison.

1. How in the hell do you make a girl being fantastically racist against people who wear clothes work?
2. If you're gonna roll with that, are you then saying that racism is okay so long as it's pro-child nudity?! Didn't the Black Panthers basically show us that that sort of shit doesn't fly!?
