We have a place to live at the end of the month!  >hearts and stars<

Our asshole new landlord wouldn't respond to our landlady-to-be's background check calls.  We lit a fire under his ass today by threatening legal action.  E just sent me a text saying she's emailing us the lease.

It has a sizable back yard, BTW.  We have plans for that backyard.

This guy.... is really most of the reason we're moving. We like the property manager for our new place. She's somewhere near our age and not yet made soulless by her job. She called our landlord "slimy" and has been harping for us over the other applicants for the place.
