A Challenge -- Not a good fit for services

Sounds like you handled a tough situation very well. I certainly do not look forward to having to take on that role sometime in the future! I appreciate you telling about your experience, vicarious preperation for new experiences is a good thing. :)

I had to do this once when I was facilitating the group at Victim Services. It was painful and difficult but necessary. It seems that you did an excellent job. Has she returned?
