savannah's a great school. if by "great school" i mean an institution that almost lost it's accredidation, has low monetary awards on their scholarships, has miles and miles of red tape you must wade through to get anything done, whose students are either always drunk or always high, and loves to not tell you that you need to take certain courses to graduate thereby almost fucking you over each and every time.

the city itself is absolutely beautiful though. i love savannah, and was naive enough to want to go there until i saw first hand the damage it caused with my friends during the time i was trying to move there.

yeah i don't think i'm interested in actually going to scad. but just to see what it's like.. this will be my first college i visit.. i went around the city tonight. and oh my, it was absolutely amazing.. tomorrow after the scad walkthru i am going to go walk around and take a lot of photos. and i'm supposed to bring my portfolio tomorrow.. do i have to carry it the whole 9-5 ?
yeah my mom and her bf brought their laptop so that's how i'm online.

you'll have to carry it for as long as you want to look at the schools.
what portfolio day is.....wait...i don't know now.
because savannah isn't accredited i don't know if it would be the same as the portfolio day i went to at ringling.

but, the one i went to...
all of the accredited art schools in the country had tables set up, and you walk around, pick which schools you want to review your work, and then stand in their line.

hahahahaha. you are one fucking lucky boy. how in the HELL did you get out of THAT? my cop was a fucking dick and a half and told me he wanted to bring me to jail, and back in "his day" he would (for doing 30+ over). my citation was like, $300 something, but because i took the course it was a little under $300... $298, i think.

then again, mine was on 417 and it was a highway patrol dude. stupid state troopers (stupid kids too).

i love gina. she is so fucking awesome.
