You need a license to have a dog, but anybody can have kids....CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Dec. 17 (UPI) -- A 4-year-old boy apparently broke out of his home, obtained beer and broke into a neighbor's house to steal Christmas presents. "He wants to get in trouble so he can go to jail because that's where his daddy is."

Au contraire, he's a pretty clever little dude for his age, isn't he? Four years old and he knows what he wants and can come up with a multi-step plan for obtaining it.

The whole "wants to be with his dad" thing makes my heart ache. Poor kid.
