While I don't use them now, in the past I've had to reset clocks in my portable tape/CD players. (Actually, I just checked the MP3 player -- an older Creative Zen model, from before 2007 -- and it needed adjusting. Thanks for the reminder to look at it.
I suspect that newer players (those produced after the new rules were announced) will likely compensate correctly, if they're smart enough to do it at all.
For my older computers, I downloaded a simple fix (that's the WinNT/2K/XP/2003 version; there's also one for Win98/ME) that avoids the issue of resetting four times.
I forgot my watch until I read this, but I don't wear a wristwatch; my watch dangles from a clip that attaches to my belt loop. Wristwatches tend to eat holes in the skin of my wrists.
The VCR that adjusts itself, I have to either set four times a year or keep careful track of when to program it an hour off. Easier to set it four times, as annoying as that is.
The real gotcha is when I want to record something in the wee hours of clock-change morning, and can't remember which VCR is the one that changes automagically!
