Why, hallo there!
Funny that you mention it, I just recently dug up my notes on that story - it was, in fact, planned out to the end from the very beginning, I just need to spend some times adding in all the details.
As I'm going on holiday in May, it is possible that I'll provide next chapter sometime in June.

And I'm tickled pink that you picked up all the important details.
Oh yes. 3H IS very much like a mafia of science. No one crosses 3H! 3H's minions are everywhere! :D (And now I'm just teasing you. Sorry!)
