Oh my god, who the hell wouldn't say that Martha's welcome home to Jack wasn't the most adorable thing ever? Because, really. That's still one of my favourite episodes ever and one of the few I've screencapped the everliving hell out of.

(on Misty: I always thought she was great in Tag Force 4, but just absolutely terrible in show. I couldn't stand her until Sherry came along and showed me that they could manage to pull out a lady even more shallow and bland plot and personality-wise. But yea, most of the gals are great.)

I actually have seen people bitch about that scene being stupid, but IDK, that was back when I was still poking my head into Janime every couple of months and those people bitch about everything. But yeah, that episode is five flavors of ~*~amazing~*~.

I didn't really like Misty much in Tag Force 4 either. She's the stand-out 'I just don't freaking like you' character who isn't Yuusei I mean for me in this show. I always have one.
And I still know nothing about Sherry except that she's trying to be 'Euro Batman with tits' aka French Female Ed. And hates EEEEEVIL ILIASTER. And crossdresses. And has tacky boob-shots. Though given all the tacky crotch shots of men in this franchise, eeeeehhhhh, I don't really think much of them And that Aki blushed at her once which led to a crapload of lesbian fanart.

Anyway ohgod I'm trying to think of other fandoms we share but am brainfarting on things with estrogen content, so, uh, GX. I know you like Emeralda at least.

5Ds probably has the best cast of female characters yet. First of all, it has more of them than the previous two series, and I don't find any of them (so far, anyway) annoying. The first two series were rather disappointing for me on that front. I really try to like female characters because of the fandom tendency to bash them, but when they're like, say, Rei, and don't seem to have any attributes other than having a crush on a boy--when their lives revolve around men--they aren't appealing to me. My favorite female character in 5Ds is actually Aki--so far, none of my favorite YGO characters have been female, so I'm happy about this.

Once again, sorry for tagging you on this series in particular but I was just kind of curious.

Glad Ancient Fairy Dragon made the list. :D Damn, her episodes were actually the first ones I watched and really made me get into it. Pity there wasn't more of that. ;A;

Also, anyone who hates Martha is dead inside. She's just awesome. I love her for pretty much the same reasons you do and for similar reasons Granny Riddleton made my list of Layton females for this meme. Why does everyone ignore the awesome old ladies outside of the Discworld fandom, dammit? D:
