YES! And apparently there will be free downloads at some point in the near future, too. Hooray!

The lady is basically giving the movie away, since some record company owns the songs and won't let her distribute the movie without paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees first.

You can split the file into multiple links. If it's just straight video, you can use HJSplit, or if it's zipped you can split it with WinRAR. Otherwise 1.3G would be way too big for people to download without paying MU.
