That video was awesome! When they started adding like, four/five eggs - I said (out loud b/c I'm a dork that way) "Hey, why're you making CREPES? American pancakes, c'mon!"

And to my pleasure, they made some nice looking crepes, LOL

Also - you're totally right - butter is the secret success to having delicious pancakes!
