I fell asleep flat on my back last night, and today my back is stiff and the muscles are all like "whaaaaaaaoooooaaaa" and oh geez my neck. My neck muscles don't hurt, exactly, but they are threatening. I can feel it if I move my head certain ways, the muscles say "Hey, watch it lady, another millimeter and we'll make you SUFFER the rest of the day ( Read more... )

My spine is usually fine, except when I sleep flat on my back.

Also, I do not trust yoga. I fall over enough as it is.

I would, but I'm stuck at work until 5. I'm trying to stretch it out now, with the warmth of the heating pad, and it's helping but I'm still stiff.

When you get home, go take a nice hot bath with epsom salts. It'll make you melt and feel sooo much better.

Actually, my tub is bordering on gross, so I want to clean it before I take a bath. I bought Comet last night, I just haven't used it yet, and right now that's the laaaaaaast thing I want to do. I probably will clean my tub tomorrow, and take a nice bath sometime this weekend. I still have the lavender bath set motherofnormal gave me for Christmas, and I want to use it :D
