A Low-Key New Year's Day

Today has been very mellow and fun. We slept in late (again), and had New Year's Day brunch at the Essex restaurant. The endless cup of mimosa was delicious! After visiting the fromagerie at Whole Foods in the Bowery, we went home, watched TV, cooked dinner, and just relaxed. This is a nice change from going out a lot during the week. I recently found out that I drank Mimosa's a lot, not realizing that's what they were called *facepalm*

I really liked Music and Lyrics. It was a cute no brain needed movie.

Happy New Year to you too! And thank you so much for the Candle 79 recommendation several months ago. I took G to dinner there on New Year's Eve, and we both enjoyed the food and the atmosphere!
