Haunted when the minutes drag: reading plans

With all the recent hoopla over my "honeymoon period" with Le Preaux de Meaux, I have realized that I am neglecting some other things that I enjoy in life. I feel that I have been reading less than I normally do, and I want to reclaim some of my "reading time" instead of being distracted with my new baby. OK, sort of on topic... I read/heard (BBC World Service News and Wall Street Journal) recently that until the late 80s Iceland had no TV on Thursday, and that some workplaces have 'no email' days, where you must phone or visit inside the company only. It was to encourage social interaction in both cases, though I am sure you could use it to reclaim time for other purposes. Use your power for good, not evil... or the other way around, whatever works.
