My job has finally reached the point of such suckage that I can no longer stand it. I'm now motivated enough to seriously begin looking for a new job, so if anyone knows of anything good* that's open, let me know

So now, what was the bullshit reason this person got fired?

So, basically, it's like this:

Friday, one of the collections managers got onto Don, who works the invoice requests. Don was in the right and demanded an apology, which he got.
Don ends up missing on Monday and Tuesday when he gets back there's a note on his desk telling him to come see his boss.
Technically she writes him up for not looking up some invoices in a certain program. He protests, saying that he doesn't even have that program on his computer. The the reason is changed from that to that he didn't put in an invoice request. He protests that one, saying that he entered it manually instead of putting it into the gate. She says she doesn't believe him and that he's fired since it's his third write-up.

So, yeah, bullshit reason. Essentially, the little argument that he and the collections manager was probably the real reason he was termed, but since they couldn't use that, bullshit excuse was created and wallah, no more Don.

Anyway, teh lame.
