yesterday I began reading La Vagabonde by Collette, mainly because I havent read french in about 6 months and if I dont I will forget it completely. Yet I was enraptured completely and read for three hours, feeling the delicious words as they fell from my lips (I read aloud to try and maintain some little bit of the french). *Hugs* As I am finding out ... life is about finding balance. Until then everything for me is anticipation and waiting ... not a fun state to be in.

you sound like someone who is ready to read madame Bovary , i don t mean technically cause it s a pretty hard book to read even in french ( i ve been forced to read when i was 14 so being the child of such a cultural country like france often sucks when you re that age)but lets dare an unpolite word , spirituyally .It s the forgotten monument for all women married, drowning in boredom which lead them to visit luxure and other climbing paths. Euh I don t mean it looks like you but seriously it s un chef d'oeuvre when you overcome the long and annoying descriptions of .. a doorbell.
