Mine sort of come and go, depending on which account I'm logged into. I blame the snowflakes.

I have about 3-400 notifications that are purely snowflake cookie ones. ... snowflake cookies that OTHERS recieved. There are doubles, like the same notif over a 10 times or so. I kept deleting them, and they kept coming back. f-fff
