A quiche is.... surprisingly difficult to explain, huh.

It is a sort of savory pie, which uses eggs, cheese and cream as a base, and then you throw in whatever else you want to! Bacon, spinach, and mushrooms are all very popular choices. When cooked and chilled, it firms up into something kinda like... densely packed scrambled eggs? IDKkkkkkk wiki calls it a custard but that makes me think of something pudding-y which this isn't at all.

IT IS PRETTY BAD FOR YOU, AND COMPLETELY DELICIOUS. AND GOOD IN THE SUMMER WHEN YOU DON'T WANT HOT FOOD.
