One is the Brantano store just north of the M6 motorway near Fort Dunlop which has a good size 9 section and a small but doable size 10 section.
There's also a supplier of shoes in Wolverhampton (I think it's in the central shopping centre), although that's aimed a bit more at the fetish market.
Buying shoes online is pretty tricky, and I'd avoid it as I got saddled with stuff that didn't fit (and the sizes are all over the place, so you can't quite predict in advance what will work)). However, some shoe retailers let you order shoes and return them if they don't fit, so you don't lose much except postage with them. I ordered some large shoe sizes from Barratts and could return them because they were too narrow.
