bullet points are moving to dreamwidth soon

* I realized yesterday that it is March and I have not written practically anything since January. I sat down to rectify this a little. Three paragraphs in, I got distracted by six other Dreamwidth-related questions, problems, or tasks, stranding poor Skipper in the Gateroom at the beginning of Roll With It part 3 ( Read more... )

* pets Skipper *

It's good to hear that you're feeling better.

So amazing on all the Dreamwidth stuff, you guys deserve a medal.

I keep getting notices from LJ that my extra userpic subscription is expiring, and I know my paid user status will be expiring in March. I chuckle evilly when I think about it. I hope to be joining Dreamwidth with bells on (and money) as soon as you are open for business.

Ooo, I just thought of an interesting and related question.

Does the importer for userpics take into account any userpics which you may have but are currently disabled due to a paid account expiring? (depends on if they show up in /data/userpics, but you might know offhand; I don't.)

I ... don't actually know. Hang on and let me get someone to test that. :)

EDIT: We've tested, and no, the inactive userpics aren't available to the importer. Woe.

I forgot to say, congratulations on the new wheels. I can only begin to imagine what a relief they must be.

Seriously. Have not yet taken them on an outing, but am looking forward to it. (Did I mention that it weighs 24lb and collapses like a lawnchair, not side-to-side like most folding chairs do?)

It would be interesting, that's for sure! Identifying all my job classes might be fun.

(I am off to gain some more XP in my Programmer job class right now, in fact!)

I was terrified when I had to stop everything, because omg how much was it going to hurt, but then when I started feeling better I realized what was going on ...

Which reminds me of how annoying the human body and medication can be. I share this partly because dealing with tamoxifen can be an adventure of 'what-side-affect-will-it-be-today?'. Ack.

The relief of feeling even a little bit better is fabulous. I hope it continues for you.

Also, waiting for DW and am impressed with the whole process. Amazing to get a glimpse of the details. :)
