i loved reading about your folks and the restaurant and how growing up in that environment has shaped your thinking and your work ethic.

This whole attitude seems to be where people are moving towards. People are sick of the money hungry, destroy anyone who gets in your way selfishness that big business has shown over the last 20-30 years.
I'll have a skinny hot chocolate with my drabble please :D
