Admittedly, I'm not 100% sure how I feel about Annie's decision but... That's what Annie does. Makes a commitment, for better or worse, to throw herself in full speed ahead. *sigh*

This is a really cool idea for a fic. I've seen random prompts floating around for teacher/student fics, but for some reason I always pictured it in a high school setting and my mind just doesn't want to go there with this couple. This is a much better way to attack that particular theme.

I'm loving it. I love the little glimpses into each of their perspectives, and I love that Jeff is still a jerk but clearly it's not all he is. Annie's backstory gives her a grittiness that I REALLY love... all of it is just awesome. I'm really looking forward to more.

This is seriously as delectable as I thought it would be. I wish there were ten (or more) of these. I would gobble up these J/A lawyerly AUs like M&Ms. I really love the tone of this where it's all parts funny, sad, thoughtful.
Jeff catching Annie's mid-robot dance was perfect and adorable. I love how she rebuffed dinner with him at the beginning. The details all just translate so well from canon. Jeff's association with Britta, or Britta protesting the paper's coverage of the issue instead of the issue itself, Abed parsing at the truth, Annie's diligence about the project but confusion about Jeff...and yay, kissing!
