Today is one year to the day I quit smoking cigarettes. Not one has touched my lips since June 14th, 2007. I'm awesome!

Now if only I could lose weight so easily... :p

One thing at a time, and congrats on this. Its not easy and doing the first tends to make the second harder. But one year from now you may be able to make the same claim that you have succeeded or are succeeding. Its all good.
