That last post had a good cover of Holy Diver... But how about the original mega-superterrific video?

It seems you missed the first time I posted Holy Diver, along with lyrics and the lament that I seemed to be hearing the song every day, several times a day, on random radio stations.

Glad to see you subjecting our hapless audience again to the questionable joy that is Ronnie James Dio. :D

Ha! Well, didn't I comment on that post?

I do remember it... hmmm...

But yeah, someone showed me the Killswitch Engage cover, and it didn't help that my friend Scott had Holy Diver as his ringtone when I was visiting Seattle. He still has it, much to his poor benighted gf's chagrin.

Man, that's messed up. When I travel I have to be sure not to wear anything that will get me accosted... No Punisher shirts, no 2000 AD shirts (I got bugged a little for my "JUDGE DEATH LIVES" by security on my way back from SDCC last year), or any shirt that might raise some questions. Especially with customs. "Necromancy? Is that some kind of sick joke? Why do you feel the need to advertise you're a freak?"

An Optimus Prime shirt. Sheesh!

Manowar... so cheesy, yet I feel like marching off to battle when I hear their over-the-top anthems of war and glory. Reminds me of high skool.

Must go polish my sword. Or not.
