I gave up Facebook for Lent. I cannot believe how much more time I have available now - or how much I think in snippets rather than lengthy thoughts worthy of a proper journal post. i would like to try to indicate the extent to which i agree, and i think that is best accomplished with one word: THIS.

first of all, who decided 140 characters? so arbitrary. but when i come to write an lj post, i usually can't. because i just can't think of anything to write about. im about to go post something to lj, but really, all it's gonna be is one sentence, because i guess that is my life right now - one sentence at a time.

i miss conversations. and being pensive.

It's sadness, no? By the way, I liked what you wrote. In fact, any midwifery-related post is going to rock my world. But I also like to hear you work through boy stuff and home stuff and the rest of life stuff too. I think you're fascinating.
