Weight Loss

I've been losing weight but have not really changed anything I'm doing, so when I weighed in at the doctor's I was surprised by the weight loss. I've lost even more, so again it surprised me. Nope. None. No increased activity, no change of diet really, just the tea.

I prefer black tea over green tea. I wonder if the black tea would be just as effective. Anyone know?

I like black tea better too - especially British black tea. From what I've read black tea does not have the same benefits, sadly.

Hmm. I've done some looking and black tea DOES have many of the same properties of green tea. So, yeah, good to go!
