I've made the decision to stop smoking cigarettes. I have eight packs left and they will be the last ones I smoke. I plan to transition to E-Cigs over the next week before my oral surgery on the 7th. I am determined to do this and will try my best to stick with it... this time. ;)
Fingers crossed for me!

I say mostly because I still slip if I am out drinking, for instance, and my batteries die. I usually carry a disposable with me to combat that. I can really tell the difference the day or so after smoking for reals.
I like my Blu eCigs. But they are not for everyone.

My father quit after smoking for many, many years.
He had a heart attack and was in the hospital for a few weeks ~ that was before
they do the 'heart surgeries' that the so quickly do now...
Anyway, when he was taken off oxygen a little bit later he was looking in the drawer...
my mother asked what he was looking for and he said, my cigarettes...
She told him that he had been without cigarettes for several weeks and surely the
nicotine craving was out of his system... and he was looking for cigarettes as a 'habit'...
So he decided then and there not to smoke again.
Of interest was that he thought he had "ulcer problems" for a few years,
but when he stopped smoking he noticed that he didn't have those symptoms.
He figured he was a winner two times...
And my ex quit cold turkey... and felt so much better after that.
I am sure you can do it... It isn't easy, but there are many reasons to quit.
Good Luck!!! ~ (((hugs)))
