Methocarbamol + ibuprofen (i.e., muscle relaxant + anti-inflammatory). My GP said it's what she takes when she gets this kind of neck thing from doing too many Pap tests in one day ... which made me go TMI! TMI! TMI! but did turn out to be good advice...
