Thanks for reading! Your comment made me laugh, I ran this fic past my husband (I usually don't, he thinks all this fannish stuff is weird even though we watch the show together) and his response was "hmm...plausible."

This was heartbreakingly plausible. *sobs*

But Dean was looking out for Sam, as always, and that gave me a little comfort. (I have this weird addiction to stories where Dean kills Sam if things get too bad.)
