It's always great to see Reid have a moment of growth, which I think is what happens when you make a choice like he did about himself. Embrace the good and the love, acknowledge the inner violence, and realize the bad doesn't ruin the good--quite a night for Dr. Oliver! Great chapter!

So true - all of this - denying your obstructive parts isn't working -it's all about finding the balance, isn't it? - dear well balanced sister:)

Wow! Again, beautiful picture 'sis':-) Reminds me of our trip through Canada. We came across little versions of this, just next to the road. Amazing! And little reminders too. Balance! That's the keyword. xxx

Very tender chapter. I love that Reid knew he could ask Luke for what he needed and that he was comfortable enough to share a part of himself that he hates.

Yes, although Reid felt unsure, he still trusted Luke. I liked that. Thanks for your comment!

Beautiful chapter.

Glad Luke could convince him that he was simple human and nothing like his mean uncle

Thanks. Yeah, although I do understand Reid's fear for turning into Angus. Especially with a young kid in the house.
