Yes, I've always thought she would never be ok with a "normal" life. As much I love writing them as a "happy family", that life would not appeal Elle for me.

I can definitely see Elle taking off as opposed to being the typical Super Mom type.

Yes, I've always thought that she wouldn't be able to settle down to a normal life, she never knew what "normal" was, while I can see Sylar be Gabriel again.

You're right to be proud of this drabble. It's a really realistic progression for me that would lead to Elle eventually leaving Sylar and Noah, and I love the thought of her growing closer to HRG (someone else who totally lost his family because he just can't be normal enough to actually work a normal job and let normal people tell him what to do).

Yes, I'm glad the connection with HRG come out well, she would totally look at him to "make it works" and fail - like Bennet did.
