Love it!

I particularly liked meddling Samuel, even more-meddling Damien, and the fact that Eli didn't give off creepy rapist vibes. I thought that Doyle warning Sylar to take care of Claire was a particularly inspired touch. The various scenes make me extremely curious but I love how they work with the canon in the episodes.

I think most of all though, I loved your take on Sylar watching Claire in the last scene of "Redemption."

Lovely job!

Yay! - That was what I was going for, that these scenes are a companion to the episodes :)

Re: Doyle's protectiveness - for some reason, I just love the idea of Doyle acting like her pseudo-stepfather.

Thanks for your review :)

I particularly enjoyed Peter's typical guy-best-friend response (with that essential little dig thrown in, to show he's not getting mushy!):

"...he’s ninety percent hero and ten percent pure geek."

I guess it takes one to know one -- eh, Peter?

Nah, Peter's more like 80%/20% :) I was definitely going for that dude-best-friend of response, so glad to hear that it read that way :)
