As this is the inaugural round, we are trying to limit any forseeable problems. For that reason, we decided to allow only one nomination per person per category. I have adjusted rule number three to make this more clear. I apologise for any confusion. For the sake of clarity, we are trying to prevent the nominations from being filled by one person; giving as many people as possible a chance to nominate their favorite fics/authors before the categories are filled.
