That "Pontchartrain" sauce was great on that salmon steak, wasn't it? And don't be so critcal. Tokyo 21 wasn't too bad, food-wise. I'll agree about the crap service, though.

the food wasn't worth the price despite being fairly decent. the point is that you can get more and better food (and service, for that matter) at Sushi Station and pay less than half the price we did. considering that Sushi Station itself isn't exactly cheap, Tokyo 21 is highway robbery.

I could tell walking in that it was clearly not authentic Japanese and was just a trendy, hip place for rich kids to throw away their money.
