Got a Victorian black/white party to go to.
Any ideas for what I can do (with everyday materials at home) - or where to get something Victorian (hopefully cheap or re-wearable)?

Long skirt + bustle, + high neck frilly shirts that were recently fashionable and probably still available in some shops.

theres a website called craftster.com i think thats it..
they have a whole section on clothes made from everyday objects and reconstructed clothing
dunno if thats what youre looking for but good luck :)
